Cancellation & Rearranging Policy

Our private pamper experience brings two professionals together. A lot of planning and diary juggling and thought behind the sessions goes into organising each session, so please read this policy before booking.

Your deposit

A 25% deposit is required when booking. This is £12.50 for one person or £21.25 for two people. Your deposit is credited towards the total cost of your session, with the remaining balance payable after your appointment.

Rearranging your appointment

If you rearrange your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time, a £10 rearranging charge applies.

Cancelling your appointment

If you cancel your session, your 25% deposit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against a future session.

This policy applies specifically to the Clarity & Bliss Private Pamper Package.
